- A legal obligation incumbent on us, e.g. related to accounting (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR),
- Your consent (e.g. marketing consent) (Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO),
- Our legitimate interest in processing the data for the purpose of establishing, asserting or defending possible claims (Article 6(1)(f) RODO),
- Our legitimate interest in processing data for direct marketing purposes (Article 6(1)(f) RODO),
- Our legitimate interest in processing data for analytical purposes (e.g., through satisfaction surveys) (Article 6(1)(f) of the DPA).
Data submission:
- Voluntary, but in some cases may be necessary to conclude a contract
Effect of not providing data:
Depending on the purpose for which the data is provided:
- inability to make a purchase, perform a service
- inability to use the services offered by the Administrator,
- inability to receive information about promotions or special offers offered by the Administrator.

Data processing remains lawful until you revoke your consent.
PROFILING
As part of our operations, we may automatically tailor certain content to your needs, i.e. perform profiling, using your personal data. In the event that profiling could result in decisions that produce legal effects against you or affect you in a similarly significant manner, we will only carry out such profiling if you have given your consent.

We will process your data only for as long as we have a legal basis to do so, which is until:
- we are no longer under a legal obligation to process your data, or
- the parties’ ability to assert claims related to the contract will cease or
